Mary and I found this yummy recipe "Oreo Truffles" on our new friend,
Suzanne's food blog.
We decided to see if we could make the truffles, and they were a hit. We only wished our truffle expert, Seth were here, but will have to make them for him another time. They are super, super easy, and super, super rich. You can hardly eat an entire one, about half is all we could manage. It was a fun recipe to make, making enough for all to enjoy.
They are way good! These are Josh's favorite. We put the balls in the freezer first for about 30 minutes to get hard before dipping. We use white and dark chocolate, and sprinkles too.
