Stacy's Sunday morning banana bread

Massive amounts of banana bread
Stacy is an amazing cook and always has so many goodies when we come for a visit.

This banana bread hit the spot Sunday morning and I think we put away one loaf before we left.

Thanks Stacy for making the homemade bread.

Oreo Truffles

Mary and I found this yummy recipe "Oreo Truffles" on our new friend, Suzanne's food blog.

We decided to see if we could make the truffles, and they were a hit.  We only wished our truffle expert, Seth were here, but will have to make them for him another time.  They are super, super easy, and super, super rich.  You can hardly eat an entire one, about half is all we could manage.   It was a fun recipe to make, making enough for all to enjoy.

Power Foods....homemade granola

Mary offers us so many opportunities to enjoy homemade goodies.  In these pictures she has combined all the ingredients for the best granola you will ever have.  Ask her....she will tell you.  Good job Mary.
